About Md. Abdur Rouf Likhon

I build resilient frontends and scalable services for products that already touch millions of users. My sweet spot is translating ambiguous requirements into measurable releases across healthcare, mobility, and fintech.

Mission

Deliver dependable software for people who rely on it daily—patients, renters, researchers, and operators.

Objective

Use TypeScript-first stacks to ship high-impact products for fast-moving teams in healthcare, fintech, and mobility.

Values

Curiosity, clarity, trust, and measurable outcomes guide every sprint.

Our Story

I grew up in Dhaka tinkering with frontends before pursuing a B.Sc. in ICT at Jahangirnagar University (CGPA 3.54/4.0). University projects led me to Sheba Mart Solution where I built and maintained SaaS platforms used by mobility, retail, and research teams.

In 2024 I joined Grameen Telecom Trust to help ship SHUKHEE—Bangladesh's first nationwide, multi-portal healthcare experience. I split my days between architecting Next.js frontends, wiring Nest.js/Nginx services, and guiding design system updates so every portal feels cohesive.

Principles I Live By

1

Own the outcome

I stay hands-on from ideation through on-call so work never falls between silos.

2

Let data lead

Analytics, research, and qualitative feedback anchor every sprint review.

3

Iterate with intention

Two-week cycles, crisp demos, and written updates keep everyone aligned.

4

Communicate early

I default to async notes, Loom walkthroughs, and proactive risk summaries.

5

Design for scale

Modular codebases, typed contracts, and docs make future work easier.

6

Care after launch

Monitoring, docs, and mentoring ensure teams feel confident long after handoff.
